- Bob uses his Finger Gun almost exactly like one would use a real gun, way beyond blowing on the "barrel" and Gun Twirling
- Alternatively, mind bullets. Well, if fired from a Finger Gun.
- Bob uses his other hand as a Hollywood Silencer!
- Downplayed: Bob only imitates the holding of a gun with a finger on the trigger.
- Justified: Bob does it behind his coat to make look like it's a real gun that he's presumably hiding so other people don't notice.
- Inverted:
- Arm Cannon is used to mimic a hand.
- Bob, instead of treating his finger gun like a real gun, treats his real gun like a finger gun.
- Subverted: Bob's "gun" actually fires
- Double Subverted: Bait-and-Switch Gunshot
- Parodied: Apart from the Finger Gun, there's also imaginary bows and arrows, throwing knives, and bazookas.
- Zig Zagged: Bob realizes the futility of using a Finger Gun, switching instead to his trusty Finger Sword.
