- Downplayed: Rezunel is an celestial captain with slightly greater powers than the average celestial but there are superiors of far greater status.
- Inverted: Rezunel is the lowest type of celestial, with powers barely beyond humans.
- Subverted: Rezunel introduces himself to Bob and co. as being in the top class of celestial beings, only for the story to reveal later there is a higher one that Rezunel answers to.
