- Alice is transgender, and has wanted breasts for the longest time, giving her a sense of gender euphoria from having such big ones.
- Alice is a sex-positive feminist, who is proud of her feminine figure and doesn't think her breasts should be shunned or hidden.
- Inverted:
- Subverted: Bob loves Alice's breasts, and expects her to be proud of them. However, it turns out they cause her back pain and bring her attention she doesn't want.
- Double Subverted:
- Alice was lying to placate her flat-chested friend, and is really proud of them.
- Alternatively, the downsides listed are true but Alice believes that the upsides outweigh them.
- Parodied: Alice is a Brainless Beauty who brings up and/or shows off her breasts at random and inappropriate times.
- Zig Zagged: Alice has mixed feelings regarding her breasts. Sometimes she is proud of them, sometimes she is not.

- Alice explains that the reason she likes her breasts isn't because they're perfectly ideal — if she was designing her body form scratch, she might actually choose smaller ones that are easier on her back. Rather, she likes her body because this is her flesh-and-blood self that allows her to exist in this world. She encourages her friends to be proud of their own breasts, whatever size or shape they might have.
