  • Inverted: Alice is frequently seen cleaning the bathtub (rather than the bathtub cleaning her).
  • Subverted: Alice spends a lot of time in the bathtub, but it's empty and she's fully clothed - she just finds it a quiet place to get some alone time.
  • Double Subverted: But despite this, she still takes frequent baths.
  • Parodied: Alice attached her bathtub to a set of motorized wheels and has a remote control mounted to the front, so she never has to get out of the tub.
  • Zig-Zagged: Due to the fact that Alice uses the tub for bathing and is also frequently seen in it for alone time, one never knows what she'll be doing if they walk in on her in the bathtub.
  • Averted: Alice is never seen taking a bath.
  • Enforced: Fanservice
  • Lampshaded: "Alice is taking a bath." "Again? She practically lives in that tub."
  • Invoked: Bob frequently plays pranks on Alice that cause her to get dirty, forcing her to bathe a lot.
  • Exploited: Bob takes advantage of Alice's bathing habits to try and get a look at her naked.
  • Defied: Alice refuses to bathe.
  • Discussed:
  • Conversed: "We all know the real reason she ends up in the bathtub a lot is fanservice."
  • Deconstructed: Because of the amount of time Alice spends in the bathtub, she is frequently seen with wrinkly skin.
  • Reconstructed: Turns out, the bath contains a special ailment that keeps Alice's skin smooth no matter how long she bathes.
