Even the alternate poster is pretty unsettling.

WARNING!!! Unmarked spoilers ahead!

  • The fate of anyone who sings her song:
    • Je-ni is selected as the first Main of Pink Dolls. She's then "encouraged" (read: forced) by some unseen entity to repeatedly attempt to sing the high notes she is so insecure about, almost fatally OD's on her medication and is mysteriously hung in the studio by microphone cables while Eun-ju helplessly slams on the windows trying to get her out.
    • After Je-ni is rendered hospitalized and incapacitated, A-Rang steps in as the next Main. Once she assumes the role, her makeup causes her eyes to get red and swollen, and then while filming her eyes are clawed at and she falls off the stage.
    • Shin-ji becomes the Main, and sees the ghost of the back-up dancer while filming a reality show... and then is crushed by a high-rise.
    • Once Eun-ju assumes the role as The Main, the three previous members of Pink Dolls wake up in the hospital, suddenly better and relegated to filming a tacky daytime TV show... before suddenly becoming possessed, simultaneously drinking bleach and going into convulsions before dying on the air.
      • Eun-ju's death is horrifying as well. She sees the ghost while perfoming "White" live. Mass hysteria ensues as the power cuts out during Music Fever, leading to a fire within the venue, and while she's trying to escape both the fire and the ghost, she's trampled to death.
  • The ghost herself is incredibly terrifying. Need we say more?
  • Eun-ju's performance on Music Fever before her death. While performing "White", Eun-ju keeps seeing the ghost in the background, behind her dancers. During the dance break, her arms are possessed by the ghost and start bending in crazy, almost-impossible ways while Eun-ju goes into hysterics. Then the ghost attacks her on stage, causing all the lights to break and cut the power. One of the skylights breaks and crushes Eun-ju's sponsor to death. Eun-ju's manager tries to help her and is burned alive, and when Eun-ju tries to escape, she dies in front of her best friend.
  • The flashbacks to the back-up dancer having acid thrown into her face, clutching her bleeding face and crying, as well as her suicide.
