• During the chase scene with Nick, we see Vladislav in the form of a cat with his human face on it, screeching. While this has an in-universe explanation meant to be funny (Vladislav's battle with The Beast hurt his ego, the blow to his confidence giving him trouble using his powers), the Unintentional Uncanny Valley effect of the clip, as brief as it is, is rather unnerving.
• Nick's transformation. The mirror section is freaky enough, but the detox-invoking sections are extremely unsettling to watch.
