- The Weasel chase; just look at that maw!
- This chill-inducing track.
- Who knew that adding echo to a recording of someone playing pool could sound so damn unnerving?
- The Drain ending. It involves Klaymen going down the drain at the bottom of the lake. This is the only way you can truly die in the game, as Klaymen suffers a wide variety of injuries that he easily recovers from. Here, not so much. He screams as he falls off the Neverhood and into the void below, followed by a black screen with only the words "The End".
- The Clockwork Beast. Seriously, Willie has every right to run and shout about his impending doom once that thing shows up. Besides the fact that it is an absolute monstrosity of a sentient being, it looks like he came from a completely different game!
- While in first-person POV right before entering the cave after the mushroom tower, you can turn to see Hoborg's castle in the distance. If you click on it, you hear this. For those that don't know, that sound is Klogg laughing which can also be heard in the bad ending and the intro (outside the Japanese version, which the intro from Skullmonkeys is used).
- The bad ending. Klaymen accepts the crown and puts it upon his own head, after being persuaded by Klogg. He then becomes corrupted himself and knocks out Klogg, declaring that he is the ruler of the Neverhood followed by an Evil Laugh. Good lord, the bad ending...
