Nightmare Fuel / Sundy Stairway

• The game itself starts off as cutesy with just a tinge of mystery elements surrounding Sunday and his family and friends—including June, his supposed best friend—until chapter 3, when it all starts going downhill.
• Doubles as Tearjerker, but Melanie's backstory is on another level of terrifying. She was mistreated by her single mother due to the fact that she believed Melanie was the reason that a ton of terrible things happened to their family, including Melanie's father leaving. The only person who cared about her was her older brother Marin, giving her food when their mother refused to, bringing her presents like an origami book, and all around being the light of her life—until he dies. Then Melanie's mom goes from just simply disliking her daughter to outright disowning her. When Melanie returns home to find her mom with a strange man she doesn't know, her mother claims that she doesn't know her, and attacks her with porcelain tableware.
