Merry Christmas!
- The scene where the crazy grandpa tells little Billy the story of Santa Claus and how he punishes naughty children. They made that scene so scaringly good that you actually believe his story and that it's the real Santa that is gonna be the killer.
- The brutal murder of the Chapman parents.
- The last scene of Billy as a child. He's curled in a corner with a look of pure terror on his face at seeing Mother Superior (who is offscreen). While we don't see what happened, you just know he was physically abused badly based off the two other times Mother Superior's punishments are seen.
