General

• Mr Buns. We never see him move even though he’s alive. It’s a good thing he’s friendly.
• Misery’s family are practically walking disasters, Malady and Malaise even cause an ice age when they’re together
• Frank and Len appear to be stitched together.

Season 1

Look on the Dark Side.

Grounded in Gloomsville

• Mr Buns introduction in the opening sketch where he basically disappears when Ruby wasn’t looking.
• Ruby falling off the cliff before Scaredy saves her.
• Also, hypnotized Len whose pupils briefly disappears when given a command. His eyes glow too.

Doom with a View

• Doom Kitty following Boo Boo into the car of the Mr Whites.
  Mr White: Nice to make your acquaintance.

Missing Buns

• Misery’s shadow.

Iris Springs Eternal

• When everyone is walking underground, there are eyes in the shadows.

Unsung Hero

• Misery’s wailing.
• Frank and Len hearing Misery singing in the middle of the night can also be this.
• The lyrics of Train Wreck is pretty morbid.

Bad Hare Day

• Bunny in general, A con artist who pretends to be a cute helpless critter while stealing things behind everyone’s back.
• While Bunny deserves it, the fact that even the normally happy Ruby is furious at him.

Ruby Cubed

• Misery and Iris crazy obsession with Skullboy that was caused by the cursed hat he found. The girls even dress up as Ruby.

Once in a Blue Luna

• The fog cloud that everyone thought was the Monster had a menacing face.
• Everyone’s stories of the Luna Monster.
• Skullboy’s story where the Luna Monster turned into a street and gobbled everyone in a street festival.
  Skullboy: It could be here without us even knowing. That tree, or that rock, it could even be one of us.
• The fact that Ruby is afraid of the monster.

Time Flies

• When Poe and Skullboy return from the past with Poe’s ancestor, Poe starts to slowly cease to exist.

Sunny Daze

• The premise of the episode in general. When Misery temporarily leaves town and takes the constant daytime cloud cover with her, the sun comes out and becomes so dangerously hot that the cast are forced into the lowest part of the house (Misery's bedroom) to survive. It then becomes a race to try to find Misery and get her to come back before all of Gloomsville is burned alive.
• Iris' reaction to being trapped.
  Iris: We’re doomed.
  Ruby: There must be something we could do.
  Iris: Yeah, we can make the most of the time we have.

Broken Records

• Ruby nearly falling down the well.

Season 2

That is so strange.

Ubergloom

• The ending short looks like a typical cute skit, with Ruby & Scaredy Bat building a gingerbread house. Then to their shock, they realize they have created a Recursive Reality of themselves in the gingerbread house. Fortunately, it turns out to be a nightmare they both shared.

Hairless the Musical

• It’s obviously an animation error and probably not noticeable the first time you watch it but when Everyone reunites with Skullboy, a second Misery and a second Iris can be seen on the roof of Gloomsville Manor.

Last Train to Gloomsville

• The ending shot of the first part with the close up of the Mystery man’s eye glowing red.
• The engineer falling off the train. He is never seen again.
• Ruby falling off the train in the second part.
• The Mystery Man in general, that is until he is revealed to be a reporter.
