Do not let the cutesy art style of Pretty Blood fool you. Every episode of Pretty Blood begins with a warning, saying that children shouldn't watch it. ^Note Which is why every episode has a 17+ rating warning. There's a very good reason why it's there. Think of it as Happy Tree Friends, but with a more simpler art style and if the creators decided to ump the gore and sadism up to eleven.

• Rinny. Everything about her just screams Nightmare Fuel. From the way she tortures her victims, to her godforsaken smile when things are starting to go her way, it almost seems like she was created for this page.
• In the video named after Rinny, Rinny tortures her own child, Nappy, presumably just for the hell of it.
  • It begins with Nappy cheerfully playing with her toys, when Rinny opens the door. Nappy runs up to Rinny, excited to see her mother... ...and then she kicks her right in the stomach, causing her to cry. Rinny then proceeds to beat the hell out of Nappy, ending it off with smashing a pot on her head, knocking her out and causing her to bleed.
    • Nappy then wakes up after a splash of water to the face to see her (presumably) own father's decaying, mutilated corpse. After Nappy understandably screams, Rinny shoves her into the stomach of the corpse, causing her to vomit. After that, Nappy pleads; "Mama! Please, stop!", which Rinny responds by taping her mouth shut. Rinny then injects, then stabs Nappy with a syringe, then hangs her to the wall with hooks that are attached to her legs, arms and head. If that wasn't enough, Rinny stabs Nappy's own eye with the syringe and then records her and watches as Nappy screams for help with a joyed expression on her face.
    • After all of that, Nappy is left to hang on the wall with her injured eye, with nothing to do but scream for help. She dies later in the night. However, it's still not over for poor Nappy, as Rinny invites a rabbit named Bunchy to her house, and he proceeds to unhook the now-dead Nappy and mutilate her corpse even further by chainsawing her brutally, causing her blood and organs to fly everywhere. No wonder why Rinny cries after seeing that.
• In Toy Lilly, Rinny invites Lilly and the other Malinos to a party. Just when everything seems right, Lilly and the guests suddenly fall unconscious. Rinny smiles as she tells one of her minions to get Lilly. Then, a person surgically puts a remote control device inside of Lilly, causing her to not be able to do anything but talk and cry, as Rinny is in complete control of her body thanks to the device.
  • Rinny decides to go one step further after making Lilly hurt her friends Cheeky and Deemy. She makes Lilly go home, to which she shouts at her mother to run, saying that she doesn't want her to die. Rinny then makes Lilly tape her and her mom's mouth shut as her mom has a rope on her neck, with her only assistance being three books that she stands on. Then, Lilly's dad comes home, and trips on a string, causing the Rinny-controlled Lilly to hack her own father to death with a knife. Lilly's Mom then jumps down from the books, causing her to die from the rope around her neck acting like a noose. All the while, Rinny, again, is blushing and smiling like she's doing nothing wrong...
• In Living Hell, Rina Pompom is tortured by a machine that smacks her constantly. If she screams, she's shocked and if she throws up, she's forced to eat her own vomit. All the while disturbing videos of Malinos being murdered and tortured are played right in front of her and she's fed Malino and human corpses for dinner. She eventually tries to kill herself via drowning in her own vomit, and almost succeeds, but the machine stops her at the last minute. Oh, and The Twins were forced to watch her torment the entire time. Fun!
  • By the time she's rescued from the machine, it's too late. PomPom has been killed off mentally, being rendered as a living vegetable.
• Besides Rina PomPom's torture, The Starter has the lovely sight of an innocent cat Malino being graphically chainsawed to death, with terrifying visuals and imagery.
• In Dream Terror, Eluca tortures Malinos with talents by severing the limbs they use for their talents for the sole reason on "They needed to be developed."
  • First, he chops off Berry's hands off, so she'll never be able to play the piano again. She later kills herself by jumping off the hospital roof.
  • Then he rips off a singer named Ron's tongue off and saws off the legs of Supa, which leaves him somewhat of a living potato. Thankfully, Ron managed to get a new tongue and seems to be doing fine alright.
• In Space Blubby, a group of space aliens named Blubbies are tormented by Rabbot, a robot rabbit that was evil thanks to a hacker. It gets as brutal as you'd expect.
  • Viccy, a space blubby, tries to stop the madness once and for all, by destroying some of the robots via machines. She goes through a lot, but manages to get out of this hellhole by putting herself in a transporter, which makes us believe that it'll have a good ending for once... Just kidding. Rabbot lured her into a trap and they torture Viccy and her friend Luxla until they're begging for death.
• Red Snow literally has the most Nightmare Fuel you ever seen, with about 53 bodies that you can see, not to mention, it's a full trauma and full of Rinny's killings.
  • A green malino that we see, got shot by a tranquilizer, tackled, and dropped into a tub of cold water, which later died of drowning. Great way to start an episode.
