- If you make a wrong choice on Tatsuki route, it is revealed that he is an android created by Shigure, who then attempts to kill Hiroyuki now that he knows. Tatsuki self-destructs in front of Shigure, saving Hiro and destroying the building. Then the game asks you to reload a previous save.
- The second choice is equal parts this and a Funny Moment when Hiroyuki finds a giant red button with a boar's skull painted on it. He pushes it, speculating it's a self-destruct button. It is. It destroys the plane. Then the explosion nukes the village and the surrounding countryside. which somehow sparks the next World War. And then the next scene treats the whole fiasco like it never happened. Wow.
- Shin's rape scene in his worst ending. It's quite awful, especially if you've already gotten Shin's good/Best ending, because you're basically violating your childhood friend who always loved you.
