Kevin MacLeod (born September 28, 1972) is a royalty-free musician from Green Bay, Wisconsin. He spends most of his days writing and composing music for anyone to use as long as something original is built upon it. His use of the "Creative Commons" license means that people may feel free to tweak, remix, and do pretty much whatever they want with his music, as long as he gets credit.He covers a drastically wide range of styles, from chiptune
and dramatic music to... whatever this is, and for good reason: so many people have used his music that you've heard it at one point. No joke, the number of credits he has for the use of his music is over 5,000 and counting. If you watch TV, YouTube videos, or even movies, you have heard his music at one point in time.

Attention Deficit Creator Disorder: MacLeod is the most billed composer of all time, having composed thousands of pieces of royalty-free library music. He is a busy man. - Dark Reprise: "Waltz of Treachery" is almost an exact minor key cover of "Circus Waltz." Both are piano waltz tunes intended as silent film scores, but the former sounds much more sinister than the latter. Both were also released on the same day: January 1, 2006.
