Animalize is the 12th studio album by the American hard rock band KISS, released in 1984. It is the only album on which Mark St. John played as the band's lead guitarist. His replacement, Bruce Kulick, also did some work on the album.

  • The Defroster: "Burn Bitch Burn" concerns trying to win over a particularly difficult woman. With a few Double Entendres thrown in for good measure, including the famous "Oh babe, I wanna put my log in your fireplace".
  • Early-Bird Cameo: Future guitarist Bruce Kulick plays on "Lonely Is The Hunter" and "Murder In High Heels".
  • Femme Fatale: The subject of "Murder In High-Heels".
  • Intercourse with You: "Heaven's On Fire", about a guy having sex, and may or may not have inspired a large amount of the sex dialogue seen in all kinds of fandoms' fanfic sex scenes.
