• Russell Crowe can't sing! ^Explanation Crowe is frequently lambasted for his singing in this film, and Crowe is very much not the kind of highly trained power-baritone that usually gets to sing Javert. However, he hits all his notes and phrases well, so "can't sing" is overly harsh.
