- "Dexter's a cookie!" Explanation The parrot mixes up praise for its creator with Dee Dee's love for baked goods.
- "Yup, that's a big'un! Yup, yup, that's a big'un from the Florida Everglades!" Explanation Dexter's dad is watching a fishing show on TV.
- Ooooh, what does THIS button do? Explanation Dee Dee's incorrigible ability for destructive curiosity is the standard by which all others are judged. This has become one of the most famous instances of the "What Does This Button Do?" trope, and has seen varying degrees of parody.
- DEE DEE! GET OUT OF MY LABORAT*kaboom* Explanation The usual aftermath of Dee Dee's famous phrase above is for Dexter to yell at her to get out of her laboratory before a button-induced explosion occurs. As a meme, it's typically used in conjunction with the above quote whenever it is said.

- "OMELETTE DU FROMAGE!" Explanation Dexter, trying to use Sleep Learning to learn French, accidentally brainwashes himself so all he can say is "omelette du fromage". This phrase somehow caught on, probably due to being constantly repeated throughout the episode, which made it a popular phrase to use in image macros.
- "THAT'S ALL YOU CAN SAY! THAT'S ALL YOU CAN SAY! THAT'S ALL YOU CAN SAY!"Explanation Dee-Dee takes notice of Dexter's newfound verbal quirk and torments him throughout the episode. Usually used as a reaction image or GIF in response to a phrase that keeps being repeated again and again.
- "Say it again, Dexter..."Explanation Everything Sounds Sexier in French, and the nearby female classmates take notice. Naturally, edits were made in a similar vein to "Say the line, Bart!".

- DEXTER'S RUNNING AROUND IN HIS UNDERPANTS! UNDERPANTS! UNDERPANTS! UNDERPANTS!
- MY HAIR IS ON FIRE! Explanation A scene where Dexter's hair is on fire, which is often quoted for the sheer randomness of it outside of context, or for any instance when someone else's hair is on fire.
- Yiss!Explanation In "Chubby Cheese" an episode centered around the show's Suck E. Cheese's of the episode's name, the stage show has a short comedy interlude with two animatronic rats. One of the rats, Pedro only responded with this. And at the very end of the episode, after Dexter and Dee Dee escape from the Corrupt Corporate Executive who kidnaps Dexter for his inventions and he vows revenge, Pedro pops up to utter the line again inexplicably.
- I PULLED THE RELEASE ON MY LASER GUN!Explanation In the episode "Ay Ay Eyes" Dexter gains an Abhorrent Admirer Stalker with a Crush that follows him throughout the episode. He frantically searches his lab for his laser gun before the girl finds him in the lab, and makes him be her boyfriend under the threat of revealing his secret lab. One musical montage later, and Dexter is shown happy. When Dee Dee asks why Dexter responds by shouting this, brandishing the gun with a crazed expression.
- I Have Failed YouExplanation In "Dexter's Rival" Mandark makes his debut by effortlessly showing up Dexter on the first day of school in front of his teachers. In response, Dexter runs to his locker, and says this tearfully to a picture of Einstein. Cue the replacement of Einstein's picture as well as Dexter as needed for the meme. Einstein's picture is usually replaced with someone held in high regard, but can also be replaced in an ironic sense.
- "NRFB! NRFB!"Explanation In an episode, a bunch of doll collectors chant this when Dexter's friend removes a doll from its box. "NRFB" stands for "Never Removed From Box".
- “Oh and Dexter, your club is for IDKSC!”Explanation Dee Dee drops this insult in the episode "Decode of Honor", after the two of them get decoder rings from their cereal boxes.
- “I D K S C” (spells out dicks) “HEY I’M GONNA TELL MOM!!!”Explanation The inevitable punchline to the above joke as Dexter decodes what was said to him.
- "Ah yes, Saturdays are made for Dads!" Explanation A scene from "A Dad Cartoon" where Dexter's dad steps outside his house says this line is often posted on Saturdays. Various edits of the clip have also been made.
- Dexter showing his lab to a caveman Explanation A still from "Old Flame" where Dexter shows the confused first caveman his laboratory has become an object-labelling meme, where the caveman represents someone who is behind the times or uses an older or outdated version of something, the lab equipment representing an updated version of the old thing or a new thing that confuses the caveman, and Dexter representing someone who uses that new thing.
