Wakko being used to open the tower. Explanation In the first episode of the reboot, "Suspended Animation" when the Warners arrive home and see the tower is locked, Yakko uses Wakko to open the tower. This was popular when it was shown as a preview clip 3 days before the reboot.
"Are you kidding me?" Explanation Dot changes into a exaggerated artstyle in "Suffragette City" when she is told cartoons don't have the right to vote. This became a meme when it was shown in a preview clip a week before the show's release.
"I thought you were in hell!" Explanation A line from "Hindenberg Cola" that Wakko says to Nils, who previously was sent to hell in "Gold Meddlers". Aside from fans constantly mentioning this scene because it's something Wakko wasn't expected to say, it's often used as a reaction to certain things.

Salad, Soup, and Bread Explanation Edits of various parts of the Animaniacs theme which cut to pictures of plushies of Yakko, Wakko, and Dot with the words Salad, Bread and Soup, respectively. These images, mainly the Salad one, have also been posted separately from the video and posted on random posts.
"...one of each gender." Explanation In a Noah's Ark-themed comic, Noah asked for one member assigned to each gender to board his ship. This is credited for the Fanon from the younger side of the fandom that Wakko is non-binary since his response is "Other!".
"Whatever these guys are" explanation A brief lyrical line from Dot's song in "Suffragette City", where after identifying almost every cartoon walks by, she fails at recognizing the Loonatics, much to their dismay. While it's clearly a jab at the lackluster reception of Loonatics Unleashed, the bizareness of their appearance after over a decade led to a small resurgance of the fandom discussing and rewatching the show, even led to some fans hoping it gets its own reboot.
"Uh, maybe we should go back to the beginning!" Explanation A scene in "WhoDonut" where Yakko tries to find out who stole Wakko's donuts by going to the beginning of the episode, causing the theme song to play. Edits where the theme song is replaced by another image or video are common.
"What does this remind you of?" "Girls!" Explanation A wraparound segment from episode 58 where Dr. Scratchansniff shows Yakko various ink blot pictures, only for him to reply "Girls!" to each picture. A common meme is to edit the audio so Yakko says something besides "Girls!" when Scratchansniff asks him the question; most notably one based around Among Us with Rob Paulsen himself voicing Yakko & Scratchy.
"We're under age, you know!" Explanation A line Yakko says in the comics when he realizes that he and the siblings can't use a wish to live in Beverly Hills because they can't drive. It is often used on social media to warn people against making Rule 34 of the Warner siblings.
