"Are you kidding me?" Explanation Dot changes into a exaggerated artstyle in "Suffragette City" when she is told cartoons don't have the right to vote. This became a meme when it was shown in a preview clip a week before the show's release.

"Whatever these guys are" explanation A brief lyrical line from Dot's song in "Suffragette City", where after identifying almost every cartoon walks by, she fails at recognizing the Loonatics, much to their dismay. While it's clearly a jab at the lackluster reception of Loonatics Unleashed, the bizareness of their appearance after over a decade led to a small resurgance of the fandom discussing and rewatching the show, even led to some fans hoping it gets its own reboot.
"Uh, maybe we should go back to the beginning!" Explanation A scene in "WhoDonut" where Yakko tries to find out who stole Wakko's donuts by going to the beginning of the episode, causing the theme song to play. Edits where the theme song is replaced by another image or video are common.

Explanation A wraparound segment from episode 58 where Dr. Scratchansniff shows Yakko various ink blot pictures, only for him to reply "Girls!" to each picture. A common meme is to edit the audio so Yakko says something besides "Girls!" when Scratchansniff asks him the question; most notably one based around Among Us with Rob Paulsen himself voicing Yakko & Scratchy.
