- Can't Live Without You: When one individual dies, a connected individual dies as well.
- Cross Counter: Two characters punch each other in the face at the same time.
- Crowd Chant: A crowd chants something in unison.
- Crowd Song: A song sung or performed by a large amount of people.
- Big Finale Crowd Song: The end finale song sung by a crowd.
- Double Knockout: Two opposing characters in a fight defeat each other at the same time.
- Everybody Cries: All of the characters, usually the main ones, cry together.
- Fearful Symmetry: A fight scene where both fighters use identical movements and attacks, like a mirror's reflection.
- Finish Dialogue in Unison: Two or more characters arrive at the same conclusion in unison.
- Implausible Synchrony: All clocks show the exact same time of day.
- Mass "Oh, Crap!": Multiple characters realize they are screwed at the same time.
- Mickey Mousing: Music score is synchronized to every action of the characters.
- Motion-Capture Mecha: Humongous Mecha imitates its pilot's actions.
- Mirror Routine: Copying someone's movements in front of them.
- Mutual Kill: Taking each other out at the same time.
- Reality-Changing Miniature: A miniature version of an object that affects the larger counterpart when touched.
- Simultaneous Arcs: Two or more different stories take place at the same time as each other.
- Arbitrarily Serialized Simultaneous Adventures: Video game characters have simultaneous adventures. You have to play through all of them, in any order.
- Speak in Unison: Two or more characters say the same thing in sync.
- Split Screen: Two or more shots shown on-screen at the same time.
- Split-Screen Phone Call: Both people on a phone call are shown simultaneously on a split screen.
- Split-Screen Reaction: Showing multiple character reactions in fractions of the screen.
- Synchronization: Someone's feelings are felt by something/somebody else simultaneously.
- Synchronous Episodes: Two or more episodes that tell different stories taking place in the same period of time.
- Synchronized Morning Routine: Two or more characters' morning routines are shown mirrored in the same scene.
- Synchronized Swarming: A group of animals moves together as if they were a single creature.
- Two-Timer Date: A character goes on dates with two different people at the same time.
- Universal Group Reaction: An entire group of characters has the same response at the same time in reaction to something.
- Voodoo Doll: A small effigy of a character that magically affects the actual character it represents when interacted with.
- "You!" Squared: Two or more characters shout "You?!" at the same time.
