Of course an injury (at least a literal one) is defined as damage to the body, but there are plenty of tropes about specific parts of the body being damaged, or attempting to damage them.

- Agonizing Stomach Wound: A stomach wound leads to a long, painful death.
- Agony of the Feet: Suffering injuries to the feet.
- Aim for the Horn: Breaking and snapping the horn for extra damage.
- Amputative Sentencing: A criminal is punished by having a limb or appendage cut off.
- An Arm and a Leg: Loss of limbs.
- Ass Shove: Someone gets something shoved up their ass.
- Attack on the Heart: Heartache taken to its logical extreme.
- Attack the Injury: Hurting someone on the same spot. Again and again.
- Attack the Mouth: But make sure you don't get chewed by the teeth while doing so.
- Attack the Tail: An animal gets its tail slammed, smashed, bitten, or otherwise injured in some way.
- Boom, Headshot!: Shooting someone in the head.
- Borrowed Biometric Bypass: Removing someone's body part to get past a biometric lock

- Eye Scream: Someone suffers an injury inflicted on their eyes.
- Fingore: Violence inflicted on the fingers.
- Freudian Threat: Threatening to mutilate a person's genitals.
- Glasgow Grin: Carving your mouth so that you appear to have a large grin.
- Go for the Eye: The eyes are the most delicate organ on a face, after all.
- Groin Attack: Someone (typically a man) gets hurt in the crotch.
- Gutted Like a Fish: Someone is killed (or hurt grievously) by having their belly slashed open.
- Half the Man He Used to Be: A person gets cut in half.
- Hand Stomp: Someone stomps on the fingers of another person that is holding on for dear life from a ledge and/or cliff.

- Impromptu Tracheotomy: Someone suffers an injury to their throat.
- Injured Limb Episode: An episode about a character injuring a certain body part.
- In Place of an Eye: Something is growing out of your eye socket, but it isn't an eye.
- Jawbreaker: Literally breaking someone's jaw in some way.
- Kill It Through Its Stomach
- Knee Capping: Someone is shot or stabbed through the kneecap.
- Life-or-Limb Decision: Someone gets trapped and can only escape by cutting off one of their limbs.
- Lip Losses: A character suffers wounds or mutilations to the lips.
- Literal Asskicking: Literally kicking a person's ass.
- Literal Disarming: Disarming a person by removing the arm.
- Mouth Stitched Shut: The best way to make a person zip it.
- Nasal Trauma: Since the nose is second to the eyes when it comes to the most vulnerable facial organ.
- Neck Snap: "crack"
- Nose Shove: Forcefully stuffing something up the nose.
- Off with His Head!: Decapitating someone.
- Orifice Invasion
- Orifice Evacuation: A creature inside someone's body leaves through one of its host's orifices.
- Ow, My Body Part!: A person shouts out the body part that is being injured.
- Painful Transformation: The amount of bodily changes needed to transform into a different shape causes horrible pain.
- Pain to the Ass: Ouch, my butt!
- Piano Cover Slam: Hurting someone’s fingers by slamming a piano cover on them.
- "Pop!" Goes the Human: Someone is blown up like a balloon, and we all know what eventually happens to balloons.
- Pretty Little Headshots: Someone gets shot in the head has a bullet hole as the only visible damage.
- Put Their Heads Together: Literally knocking two opponents' skulls into each other.
- Removing the Head or Destroying the Brain
- Rump Roast: Someone gets their backside set on fire.
- Shot in the Ass: Someone gets shot in their butt.
- Slashed Throat: Easiest way to kill a mook. Messy as hell, though.
- Symbolic Mutilation
- Tear Off Your Face: When damaging individual facial features isn't enough, go for the entire face.
- Teeth Flying
- Tongue Trauma: Damage inflicted on the tongue. Also the second best way to make a person zip it.
- The Tooth Hurts: Someone gets their tooth painfully yanked out.

- Your Head Asplode: Pop! ...goes the cranium.
