In Avatar: The Last Airbender, Prince Zuko demonstrates proficiency in both Firebending and swordsmanship, allowing him to beat Jet in a swordfight where he cannot reveal his Firebending, as well as beating his own father Ozai on the Day of Black Sun. Additionally, he effortlessly wipes the floor with Sokka when the latter demands they find out who the better swordsman is.
Dracula is a Vampire Flying Brick who can brutally overpower the heroes with just his bare fists, but he’s also a powerful sorcerer with pyrokinesis as seen when he summons Dark Inferno in the climax of Season 2.
Isaac is a Forgemaster who’s an expert rituals, magic and being a Mook Maker but he’s also extremely proficient with melee weapons and puts his special dagger to very good use. In Season 4 he manages to overwhelm Dark Action Girl vampire Carmilla and mortally wound her in single combat albeit getting a lot of assistance from his many monsters.
Danny Phantom has the Fright Knight, who can fire energy blasts or seal his opponents by slashing them with his sword.
The Dragon Prince has Runaan, a Moonshadow assassin who is capable of casting at least a few spells, as well as turn invisible under the light of the full moon.
Kim'dael is a pretty straightforward example of this trope, as she's both a mage and a capable fighter. In fact, she relies on a pretty powerful synergy between magic and melee that nearly overwhelms Runaan, the leader of the assassins.
From Gargoyles both Demona and Macbeth count, though Macbeth is more solidly a fighter who uses magic when he has too, while Demona is a more even split between the two abilities.
He-Man is an early Sci-fi Barbarian version of this.
In He-Man and the Masters of the Universe (2002), Skeletor is this as well. As Keldor, he was "just" a Master Swordsman able to fight on par with Randor. The transformation into Skeletor seems to have granted him new and fearsome magical power. When Skeletor and Randor have a rematch years later, Skeletor sticks to his swords at first before telekinetically launching his Havoc Staff into Randor and catching him offguard.
The Visionaries were an entire collection of these. They all had the power to transform into their totem forms, and they also had their own individual power staffs and magical abilities, when they didn't have the power to charge and control Magitek vehicles.
Young Justice (2010): Aqualad is a low level Atlantian sorcerer who uses his magic to shape water into any melee weapon he wants.
