Legends Now and Then is a Fantasy Adventure web novel set in modern times featuring Legends, Monsters and Creatures from books and stories. The Story kicks off when the main character Issac, summons 3 heroes due to a bet. From there he gets entangled in the world of mages and magic.
Started in 2014: The series is still ongoing.
This story provides examples of:
- Action Girl: Most of the Female Cast qualifies as this, however Joan is the leading example.
- Anti-Hero: Issac, who is quite the jerkass and would rather have the legends leave than bother with anything magical...at least at first.
- Deadpan Snarker: Cleopatra and Tock have shades of this, as well as Issac.
- Jerkass with a Heart of Gold: Despite his harsh attitude at first, Issac slowly warms up to the strange people staying in his home.
- Nice Girl: Despite being easily the most battle competent of the group. Joan is also the kindest.
- Nice Guy: Gen. Who is capable of putting up with Issac's attitude and even being his best friend.
- Tsundere: Issac, provides a Male Example.
