- Bee Afraid: The Fall of the Black and Yellow Warriors, where they are the villains of the piece.
- House Fey: The little laundry fairy.
- Narrative Poem: The Fall of the Black and Yellow Warriors; which is also a parody of more serious poetic sagas. Forest Roam is also a narrative poem.
- Shout-Out: The Little Laundry Fairy makes a reference to ‘Pig-Pen’, in how children would be without her help.
