GHASTLY MACARONI!!! is a collection of short Creepypasta Troll Fics by Bogleech about various monsters and supernatural incidents. Written in ALL CAPS with a delivery really too silly to be scary, along with often ridiculous subject matter and many of the stories ending on a twist that doesn’t make much sense. And that’s exactly the point.

- Arson, Murder, and Jaywalking:
- The problems caused by the protagonist’s constant bleeding in "THE DAY OF ALL THE BLOOD" are, in order: Going swimming and attracting sharks, getting chased by vampires, and going to a store and causing people to slip on the blood.
- "THE HEADLESS ALLIGATORS GET EVERYONE" ends with the reveal that not only is the pilot an evil headless alligator, he also doesn’t know how to fly a plane.
- Chain Letter: "THE KILLER SPIKES" and "2 BEARS FOREVER" both threaten to send the titular menace to the reader’s house if they don’t send the story to four message boards or 8½ people, respectively.
- Cool Shades: "THE GIANT GORILLA ON FIRE" and "THE UGLYEST MONSTER" both mention cool guys wearing "RAD SPECS". In the latter, the cool guy turns out to be the titular monster under the specs.
- The Dog Was the Mastermind: "ALL THE FIREFIGHTERS DISAPPEAR" has all the world’s firefighters mysteriously disappear, forcing everyone to rent a room in a bad hotel after their homes have burned down. It ends with the revelation that said hotel is behind it all.
- The Fourth Wall Will Not Protect You: "The Day of All the Blood" ends with The Reveal that "THE MAN WAS YOU!!! (OR HE WAS A LADY IF YOU ARE A LADY) AND YOU FORGOT THAT THIS HAPPENED".
- Killer Gorilla: The titular GIANT GORILLA ON FIRE, though he only punches people who aren’t careful.
- Never Say "Die": While the other stories use the words "kill" and "die", the demons in "RAINING DEMONS" are only said to "defeat" people with their fully leveled swords.
- Never Smile at a Crocodile: "THE HEADLESS ALLIGATORS GET EVERYONE" isn’t just about evil alligators, but evil headless alligators.
- Overly Narrow Superlative: The bus in "THE GIANT GORILLA ON FIRE" is described as the most evil bus the cool guys had ever seen, "AND THEY HAD SEEN SOME REALLY EVIL BUSES ON THEIR TIME ON THE STREETS".
- Poke the Poodle:
- The worst thing the bad guys in "BAD GUYS UNDERWATER" are seen doing is "breaking some of [the scuba divers'] things".
- The titular character in "THE DEAD SKULL" tries to scare the reader by threatening to break something and tell everyone it was you.
- Polyamory: "THE UGLYEST MONSTER" has multiple "bad ladys" marry the titular monster.
- Pun-Based Title: "Ghastly Macaroni" is a pun on "Creepypasta".
- Rain of Something Unusual: "RAINING DEMONS" has a scientist try to turn rain into a cure for all germs, only to somehow cause it to rain demons instead.
- Space Whale Aesop: The moral of "THE GIANT GORILLA ON FIRE" is that if you think you’re too cool to be careful, you will get punched by a giant gorilla on fire.
- Spoiler Title: "YOU WERE THE FROGS" has the second-person protagonist find their house full of frogs and put them all outside, and ends with the revelation that the protagonist was the frogs themselves all along. Lampshaded, with the first line of the story being "WARNING SPOILER TITLE".
- Stylistic Suck: The stories are parodies of bad creepypasta, with lots of spelling errors and intentionally non-scary delivery.
- Tomato in the Mirror: "YOU WERE THE FROGS" ends with the protagonist looking in a mirror and realizing that they are the frogs.
