Carnotaurus sastrei

• Appearances: Episode 1

Large abelisaurid theropods which are fighting companions of the Kindred of the Tusk, two are featured in episode 1. One of these Carnotaurus, nicknamed "The Bull" was a beloved companion of Taurox until he was slain by one of the Bluesong's Torosaurus.

Parasaurolophus walkeri

Large lambeosaurine hadrosaurs used by the Bluesong Empire as beasts of burden. They are also used as mounts, giving the Bluesong a height advantage during combat. Wild Parasaurolophus have a striped pattern and are orange-brown in coloration rather than blue like their domesticated kin.

Smilodon populator

• Alignment: Neutral (mother), Helionyx (cub)

Large machairodontine cats that hunt in the icy realms of Sauria. Helionyx's son perishes due to attack by a female Smilodon, prompting Helionyx to avenge him. After fatally wounding the female, Helionyx realizes his mistake, and so promises to the dying mother to raise her cub as his own.

Therizinosaurus cheloniformis

• Appearances: Episode 1 and 3
• Alignment: Bluesong Empire

Giant therizinosaur theropods used by the Bluesong Empire as beasts of execution in their gladiator games. One appears in the first episode mounted by a Bluesong general fighting against Taurox and his Carnotaurus steed in an arena fight. Though it manages to injure the Carnotaurus, Taurox manages to break its claws with his mace and it's later overpowered and killed by his Carnotaurus companion.

Torosaurus latus

• Appearances: Episode 1
• Alignment: Bluesong Empire

Large chasmosaurine ceratopsids used by the Bluesong Empire as beasts of war. One appears in the first episode as the mount of a general from the Bluesong Empire in the war against the Kindred of the Tusk. While not shown, it's revealed that it fell in battle against Taurox's personal Carnotaurus steed The Bull, but not before goring the theropod to death before dying.
