Maddie's introduction and her and Vincent's developing friendship and her standing up to a few bullies after they mock Vincent. Unfortunately this would get thrown away in later episodes.

13 Types of People Stuck on an Island

During Ren Yi Xiang's campfire song, Jian Hao is about to confess his feelings to Denise. Denise's reply was simply "I know." before proceeding to hold Jian Hao's hand and place her head on his shoulder.
- Ren Yi Xiang's song in general.
- Maddy saying that there's no other group she'd rather be stuck on an island with.
Maddy: I'm glad we're doing this together.

13 Things ALL Teachers HATE About School!

The sweetness begins not even ten seconds in. Jianhao and Denise are walking to class Holding Hands, and Hao is carrying all of Denise's books. When she suggests she helps him, his reply is that to him, nothing is too heavy for her. Aww.
After Vincent causes Jianhao and Denise to go to the back, Maddy sits beside him to keep him company, which he thanks her for. A while later, he asks her why she's so adamant about coming to school even when she's sick. It is implied by the way she looks at him and says there is one thing (or someone, as Kevin suggests, which Maddy doesn't deny) that she's coming to school to see Vincent because she likes him.
Emily and Julynn being supportive of Debbie after she got heartbroken by Ben in the last episode.

14 Types of Students During a Fire

Doubles as a moment of awesome, but Denise defending Jianhao and Vincent from being expelled and Miss Shirley from being fired by blackmailing Teverly.
The brief hallucination Diana has of Cleverly when she’s in the fire, who asks if she’s OK. It also kinda gives the impression that Cleverly is ‘watching over’ Diana and is her ‘protector’ in a way.

13 Types Of Students BACK TO SCHOOL!

Nicole's departure from Titan Academy to New York is bittersweet. She brought gifts as a goodbye for her classmates and even made peace with Julynn. A very touching moment from a typically mischievous character.
If one takes all the context out of Vincent’s love confession to Denise (him tricking Jianhao, his best friend, into saying he likes Maddy), then this would also be considered heartwarming, especially when Denise is feeling down.
