• Charlotte giving Sadie back her phone and computer behind their parents' backs. Sadie then thanks her for it.
• When Debbie and Desi go out to a bar and meet some young hockey players, Debbie genuinely lets loose and has a good time with them.
  • Though she’s spent most of the film before this point lamenting that the younger Desi is much more attractive than her, Debbie is pleasantly surprised when one of the hockey players at the bar hits on her instead. Her happy reaction that she is still attractive enough to be hit on is what makes it nice.
  • Instead of coming off as inappropriate or predatory, this young man is a genuine Nice Guy who’s clearly attracted to Debbie as a person rather than just her appearance, and he never even brings up her age. And when she reveals that she’s married, he immediately apologises and they part on good terms.
