Anything involving Gwen and Lawrence in the latter half of the movie.
While most of Reverend Fisk's sermon about the werewolf attacks is fairly creepy, he does seem to recognize that the werewolves are indeed people being twisted into something else to make people forget that fact (although given The Fundamentalist rhetoric he uses it's easy to miss that).
Lawrence getting infected because he was saving the life of a gypsy child.
There's obviously more Tear Jerker than Heartwarming about it in the end, but there's something to be said for how the final confrontation sees the transformed Lawrence genuinely stop himself from attacking Gwen immediately, even if the villagers' attacks prevent her from trying to get through to him.
