Spoilers are unmarked for this section, proceed with caution!

  • Aria, while preceding herself as a Villain Protagonist, does grow to have more friends, allies, and even a lover, than she did during the first timeline. Though she doesn't know what to do with all this unconditional love being given to her, Aria is ever grateful for it.
    • Sarah's relationship with Aria is so heartwarming. Though she was just using her as a tool at first, Aria gradually grows to truly love Sarah like a big sister.
    • While their relationship is complicated, Aria's mother never threw Aria away (like most women in her situation would) and does care for her daughter in her own way. And as things improve for Aria in the second timeline, so does her mother's love for Aria, even willing to stand up for Aria when she needs it.
    • And of course, Aria and Asher are a great couple. After Asher falls in love, he practically becomes a puppy for Aria, and does anything she asks of him. For her part, Aria doesn't believe she is worthy of Asher's love, and only after telling him everything that happened to her does she feel like she can truly be with Asher.
  • Aria's servants also improve their circumstances in the second timeline, as most of them side with Aria. Special note goes to Aria's ladies-in-waiting, Jessi and Annie; Jessi is spared from having her tongue cut out and dates a successful commoner, while Annie falls in love and marries a baron Aria is acquainted with.
  • For everything his family did towards Aria, Oscar never stopped loving her, and even helped bring his own family down to aid Aria.
  • When Marquis Piaast meets Aria, he immediately figures out that she is his son Chloe's daughter. He immediately works with King Lohan to reunite Chloe with Aria's mother and introduce Aria to her long-lost father.
    • While Carin is reluctant to rekindle her relationship with Chloe (thinking he abandoned her) she gets over it and becomes Sickeningly Sweethearts with Chloe.
    • While Aria herself is not that fond of her father (calling his and her mother's love story "boring"), she's nonetheless happy for her mother for her newfound happiness.
    • The happiest person in this situation is Aria's paternal grandmother, who is just so excited to have a granddaughter. It's through her grandmother that Aria finally learns to be comfortable with familial love and accept her new family.
  • While Cain was a incestous bastard who had, and would've done, terrible things to Aria and her mother for just existing, he does come to realize the error of his ways once he's saved from execution. He becomes quiet and remorseful as a servant at the Imperial palace, intending on humbly serving his sentence as a way to repay Aria for saving his life. He doesn't get far thanks to Mielle, but it's the thought that counts.
    • When he does get poisoned by Mielle, he apologizes to Aria for leaving her with Mielle and is just happy that she's okay.
  • Once Aria and Asher realize who Bliss and Lippe are, they become fiercely protective of their future daughters. Aria, in particular, doesn't restrain her villainess side like she usually does against Ruby (who bullied Bliss for being the reason her mother got sick in the future) and Tiaran (who wouldn't reveal anything about the healing spring in her town out of loyalty).
    • Bliss is a bundle of joy who loves pulling pranks and is lovey-dovey towards her future parents. Lippe's a lot more reserved than her sister, but once she gets to be a normal child for once, she becomes just as exuberant.
