Episode 4

• With Marcia close to expiring, Isla, Tsukasa, Michiru, and Zack decide to help her set up one last birthday party for her younger human brother Souta. From baking cakes to decorating the room, the four's actions during the second half of the episode show that they would do anything to ensure Souta's last day with Marcia is an unforgettably beautiful one. This is sadly ruined when a black market dealer tricks Souta into revealing Marcia's whereabouts after the party.

Episode 6

• Doubles as a Tear Jerker, but when Tsukasa learns the truth about Isla's lifespan from Kazuki, Isla begins walking out of the room dejected. At that moment, Tsukasa then openly declaring his willingness to be with Isla until the end. Isla's surprised, joyful expression at the end of the scene is merely the icing on the cake.

Episode 7

• Isla and Tsukasa returning to the amusement park. Unlike their first visit in Episode 3, this time both characters enjoy themselves at the grounds. Well, until Tsukasa collapses on Isla's chest...
• Rather than beating around the bush, Episode 8 shows Tsukasa spitting out his true feelings for Isla. While Isla rejects it in the heat of the moment, what Tsukasa says is too sweet to not be quoted here:
  Isla: Am I hurting you, Tsukasa? If I am... I want you to tell me. If it means I'm hurting you, Tsukasa... then I don't want to be your partner. (Isla lets go of Tsukasa and begins to walk away)
  Tsukasa: (grabs Isla and hugs her) Yeah, it hurts. It hurts so much, it's like my heart's about to burst. But even so, I... I still want to be your partner forever!
  Isla: Why do you insist?
  Tsukasa: Why?! Well, why do you think? Why do you think? I... I'm in love with you, Isla.

Episode 9

• After being initially shocked over hearing about Tsukasa's Love Confession to Isla, Michiru sits with Isla and offers her advice. Although she has her own feelings for Tsukasa, Michiru puts what she wants aside and acts as a friend to Isla to understand what her colleague is going through.
• Later, upon hearing Tsukasa's determination to be with Isla until the end, Michiru throws her full support for their relationship. This is especially so as this is despite her discovering Isla's limited lifespan and her having feelings for Tsukasa himself. Doubles as a funny moment as she does this while acting as a Tsundere.
  Michiru: Responsibility, do you know what that means?! (Tsukasa stares at Michiru, she becomes resigned) I see… you’re nothing like I was back then. (Michiru suddenly screams) Jeez! This is why I can’t stand amateurs!!!
  Tsukasa: Wha… what are you talking about?
  Michiru: I’m talking about how you’re a hopeless newbie when it comes to love! So… I’m going to cheer your romance on, alright? You’d better appreciate it! (Michiru winks to the camera and smiles happily◊)

Episode 10

• Kazuki having a serious talk with Isla. The latter gets angry with her, but Kazuki tells her that she regrets her decision to end their partnership three years earlier, and doesn't want Isla to end up like she did for her short amount of time left. She wants Tsukasa to have good memories, otherwise he would only remember the painful moments during their short time together. Isla spends some time thinking about it, then approaches Kazuki, who was quietly drinking in her room.
• Isla talking to Tsukasa, and giving him an Anguished Declaration of Love, with their coworkers cheering and crying in happiness for them.
  Isla: I… I… (Isla takes a deep breath) When you told me about your feelings, I thought that I shouldn’t make any more memories! Because we’ll only get torn apart and it would only make our parting more painful. Because as the one left behind, you’d be the one getting hurt! For your sake, above all else, I… I decided that I should stay away from you. That’s what I decided. And yet… I tried to imagine it. (Isla begins to cry and tears fall on Tsukasa’s lap) I wondered… how you would remember me in the future. Probably cold, lonely, and sad… only that version of me. You wouldn’t have anything good left to remember me by. And that’s not… that’s not what I want! (The camera glances on the colleagues, some of whom are already crying).
  Tsukasa: Isla… (Tsukasa reaches for Isla before she grabs his hand tightly)
  Isla: What I want… is to make more memories with you! I want you to remember that I was here!!! Until the end! Until the end… I want to be with you, Tsukasa.
  Tsukasa: Don’t worry. I’ll always be with you.
  Isla: (beat) I’m in love with you… Tsukasa.

Other

• The Visual Novel adaptation's Golden Ending route where Isla is Spared by the Adaptation.
  • For one, Isla and Tsukasa have a bonafide wedding ceremony, complete with appropriate attire and church venue.
  • Faced with Isla's impending death, Tsukasa decides to Screw Destiny and works with the Giftias' creator to research a way to save her. At the end of the route, he places Isla in stasis, and after an undefined period of time, he succeeds in finding a way to save her. The route ends with Isla being awakened from stasis, implicitly to live Happily Ever After.
