• W2 from "Don't touch that Dial" turns out to be an older Billy Boon. He spent fifty years building a time machine with Hitch's implied help in order to prevent the death of Mo, who died saving Boon from an alien beast that he had accidentally brought to Earth. It's made clear throughout the episode that Mo is Boon's closest friend and the only person besides his own mother who he implicitly trusts.
