Season 1
Pilot
- Charys-El telling the truth to Seg about Val-El.Charys: Your grandfather was no traitor. He was a hero.
Episode 2 "House of El"
- Seg finding the Virtual Ghost his grandfather Val-El left behind.
Episode 3 "The Rankless Initiative"
- How much Kem cares for Ona and Rhom.
- Lyta-Zod trusting Seg and helping him amidst Brainiac's sentry's rampage. Seg might have broken up with her, but she isn't mad at him for this.
Episode 4 "The Word of Rao"
- Kem taking care of Ona, again. And the look on Ona's face when she's introduced to the Voice of Rao and made a Word of Rao novice.
- Nyssa-Vex agrees to help Seg and does her best to free Lyta-Zod.
Episode 6 "Civil Wars"
- When encountering a vault that needs the blood of a Zod and an El to open it, Lyta is going to cut her hand for blood, but Dru-Zod stops her and cuts his own hand.
Episode 10 "The Phantom Zone"
- Val-El is revealed to be alive, he just opened a portal to the Phantom Zone when he was sentenced to death. Dru-Zod brings him back from it, and he instantly recognizes his grandson.
- Nyssa goes back into Kandor to retrieve her child, Cor-Vex, from the Genesis Chamber and save him from Braniac.
Season 2
- Jayna-Zod and Dev-Em reuniting with Lyta after thinking she was killed by Jax-Ur.
- Baby Cor-Vex sees his name changed — from now on, he will be called Jor-El. Nyssa made sure he will be an El and not a Vex.
- Seg-El and Kem being reunited on Wegthor. They hadn't seen each other since Seg was sucked in the Phantom Zone.
- Following Kem's Heroic Sacrifice, Val-El posthumously adopts him as an El.
