It's implied that Gianna's suicide was not just a final "screw you" to her brother who forced John to carry out the hit but to spare Wick the guilt of having to kill her.
Winston giving John one hour's head start before he declares him Excommunicado, seemingly out of respect and sympathy for him.
John comes back to Aurelio's workshop with what's left of his car he'd reclaimed from Abram Tarasov, and it turns out that, despite how tense their meeting in Part 1 was, Aurelio and him seem to not just respect but genuinely like one another, chatting like the old friends they clearly are. It also turns out that Aurelio actively assisted John in tracking his beloved car down.
