• It's oddly heartwarming to see Ollie comfort a sobbing, pregnant Gertrude (who's upset that she'll be "fat" among a bunch of beautiful women at a business party), by saying that the women will be "coked-up whores".
• Ollie placing a photo of Gertrude in baby Gertie's mobile.
• A few days later after the heated argument, both Ollie and Gertie apologize to each other for their hurtful words: Gertie's You Should Have Died Instead words and Ollie's Wham Line.
