  • When Shosanna is taken away by Hellstrom, she looks toward the entrance of the theater where Marcel has just gone, realizing that she may never see Marcel again and that he may never know what happened to her.
  • Shosanna, under her alias of "Emmanuelle", coolly tells Landa that Marcel's "the best" when Landa spouts off casual racism toward him and questions his skill as a projectionist.
  • The very fact that Marcel calls Shosanna by her real name shows how much she trusts him.

  • Shosanna sneaks Marcel a glass of champagne from the Nazi party and playfully twirls for him in her red party dress before they burst into giggles.
