Heartwarming / Halloween Is Grinch Night

• Grandpa Josiah and Grandma Mariah were previously all for locking the doors and staying inside until the night was over. However, when Euchariah doesn't come back, they lean out the windows and doors, and (in the case of Josiah), even venture into the yard, despite the wind being almost strong enough to blow them off their feet.
• Immediately upon seeing Max, Euchariah thinks he's a lost dog, pets him and promises to take him to his home. Max even smiles briefly...before he realizes the Grinch might see the boy.
• The ending. After all the spookiness and melancholy throughout the short, Max escapes his mean master and goes home with Euchariah, and all the Whos and animals celebrate the end of Grinch Night...until the next time.
