- The Easter Egg credits in the first game. Just you and Kat enjoying a lovely sunset view aboard the Gabbiano with some curious penguin companions, all set to Hayley's equally lovely rendition of "The Water is Wide".
- Blue World contains little cutscenes that can be viewed by swimming into the right area during the right conditions (time of day, weather, etc.). Among them are scenes of a mother caiman caring for its young, manta rays partaking in a courtship dance, monk seals laying around acting all cute, and green turtles laying their eggs and their subsequent hatching.
- The scene where Jean-Eric reads his son's letter, and learns that despite their past enmity, his son's dying words weren't of hatred, but encouragement and hope.
- The end of the guitar-based sidequest, which sees a relaxing song (which plays at sunset on Nineball Island by default) be strummed by the guitar.
