    Season 1

Episode Two

  • In the fusion reactor building, Four's "I wish we had known each other better" speech to Six, and Six's own heartfelt individual goodbyes to his comrades.

Episode Three

  • Two and Six's concerns over Five's well-being are actually very sweet - and justified, since she's a teenage girl on a ship full of dangerous mercenaries. They both agree that the Raza is no place for someone like her, but it's probably also the safest place she could be right now; at least most of these dangerous people want to keep her safe.

Episode Six

  • Six volunteering to retrieve Five from a memory loop, and Five later saying she trusts Six.
    • Six wasn't the first volunteer, though - that would be Two and One. Six makes a point of letting her know they volunteered as well.

Episode Seven

  • Three. Not only his time with Sarah, but also his reply to One when he blames himself for everything that happened in this episode because he wanted to activate Wendy.
Three: Did you program the robot to kill us? Did you give Sarah an incurable disease? No? Then what are we talking about?
  • Sarah insists that Three is a good man, whether he knows it or not, and reassures him as she's dying that they'll make new memories.
  • Five's contemplative look after Sarah dies becomes this retroactively when we learn in Season Three that she decided to find a way of uploading Sarah's mind to the ship's computer.

Episode Eight

  • Four going to see Three in his quarters to get him to join the R&R expedition to the space station; Three admitting that he thinks he should stop moving on and deal with the consequences of his actions; Four telling Three that Sarah believed in him with good reason and reminding him he's saved all their lives.
  • Five hugging the Android after their talk in the infirmary is all kinds of adorable.
  • One, Two, Three and Four actually having a good time together on the space station, bantering while walking, all saying "Food" together when deciding what to do first, and Three telling the others "You guys are great, I don't say it enough" when they all get drunk (except Two, who can't get drunk) and trying to give Five a high-five when she finds them.
  • Four's clone getting very aggressive with One's clone when he sees his real face and thinks the stranger has done something to One.

Episode Nine

  • Four goes to Two in her quarters in the penultimate scene of the episode:
Four: I wanted to thank you. It was wrong of me to leave without explanation.
    Two: Why did you?
Four: I didn't want to involve any of you, have you risking your lives on my behalf.
Two: While I appreciate that, you've got to understand, we didn't go back just for you. We went back for us. We're not just acquaintances that come and go. Now we have to fight for each other, no one else will.
Four: Then some day with your help, I'll take my rightful place on the throne. And on that day, I'll remember my true family, after I've dealt with the old one.

Episode Ten

  • The whole crew celebrating their successful heist of the Traugott device in the mess hall, complete with Three praising Five's contribution and pouring her whiskey and Six preventing her from drinking. Until Wexler's team betray the crew and take over the ship.

Episode Eleven

  • One moving in front of Five as soon as Wexler's team come into the vault with guns. Later, him telling her he's sorry she had to see Two being airlocked (to which she reciprocates that she knows Two meant a lot to him, too) and that she's one of the bravest people on the ship.

Episode Twelve

  • Five discovering in a memory dream that Four was the deciding vote in allowing her to stay on-board the ship, after Two and Three said nay and One and Six said yay. His smile and "Welcome aboard, Little Warrior" are heart melting. He also - post-memory wipe - decides to start training her in self-defense.
  • Five hugging Two when she comes back onboard after being rescued from the Dwarf Star facility, and One smiling as he watches them. Followed soon after by the whole crew dining and laughing together in the mess hall as the picture of Family of Choice... until it's ruined by an unknown member of the crew (later revealed to be Six) disabling the Android in the final scene of the episode.

Episode Thirteen

  • Six reassuring Five he'll keep her safe from the threat. Turns out he is the threat, which changes the implication to "I'll keep you safe from the Galactic Authority."
  • The discovery that Five wrote the memory-wiping program with the intention of saving Six's life - as Two and Four were planning to kill him after having discovered his true identity.

    Season 2

Kill Them All

  • Three telling Commander Truffault that he won't take her plea deal unless she extends it to Two and Four as well.
  • Three reminding Two that if they escape Hyperion-8 they'll be leaving One and Five behind, and Two telling him that One and Five's best chance is if the rest of them are free, armed and on the Raza. Also a bit of a Tear Jerker, since they don't know that One is already dead at this point.
  • The Android taking some extra time when she kills Shaddick compared to rapidly executing the other GA troops in the room, giving her a look that it makes it clear It's Personal because Shaddick struck Five.

I've Seen the Other Side of You

  • Two going on a bender after the news of One's death (thus discovering her nanites prevent her from becoming drunk) and telling Three that they should bring down the whole corporate system.
  • Five refusing to continue beating up Portia within the latter's worst memory and instead convincing her to end the neural link and restore herself, Marcus and Ryo to being Two, Three and Four, telling her that she knows about the abuse that made Portia so ruthless but she's seen the other side of her and she wants her friend back.

We Voted Not to Space You

  • The Android telling Three that she wants to find out who killed One as much as the rest of them do, because "he was one of us".
  • Likewise, when Three questions why Nyx would come with them to hunt down Corso on the planet when avenging One has nothing to do with her, she says that they ride together so their fight is her fight.

We Should Have Seen This Coming

  • The Android's attempt to empathize with Nyx over the death of Milo, telling her that the whole crew can sympathize with her loss of a brother due to losing One recently and how difficult it still is.

She's One of Them Now

  • A small moment, but Two praising Five on tracking Alicia Reynaud's HQ and disabling its security.
    Two: You're good.
  • Devon talks Nyx out of a potential drug habit and Nyx tries to get more involved in his life and help him through his own addiction. Too bad he's killed off at the end of the episode by the Seers for refusing to tell them where Nyx is, and the crew never realizes he didn't just leave them.

Take the Shot

  • Six calming down and reassuring Three after the latter experienced an emotionally disturbing hallucination.
  • Two asks the crew if any of them object to the Android, who has been making errors because of a virus likely planted by Alt Truffault, reconnecting to the ship's systems. No one says anything.

Wish I'd Spaced You When I Had the Chance

  • Three unhesitatingly coming to Five's rescue, unarmed, against five bandits.
  • Later inversion of that situation — Five refusing to abandon Three in the forest, even seeing through his Break Her Heart to Save Her routine. When she does reluctantly leave, she instead runs right to the GA trucks and sabotages their equipment to help Three.
Five: You need to stop underestimating me!
Three: Kid, I haven't underestimated you since that time you stole all the bullets out of my guns.
  • Three lies to Kierken that he was the only one involved with Iriden-3 in an effort to protect the rest of the crew, even though all six human crewmembers participated.

Sometimes in Life You Don't Get to Choose

  • Four (who has recovered his memories of being Ryo Ishida)'s words to Two about her original self before he goes off to Zairon.
"Hers was... a ruthlessness born of insecurity. But you, you hold a strength drawn from confidence and compassion. I do not miss Portia Lin."

But First, We Save the Galaxy

  • Despite planning to blow up the station and jumpstar the war between corporations, Four/Ryo tries to make sure that the crew of the Raza have ample time to get off the station, warning the Android about what will happen and delaying the reactor overload long enough for them to escape. Even with his memories returned and his ruthlessness as the Emperor of Zairon, he still doesn't want the crew to be in harm's way.
  • He also specifically tells Misaki to use non-lethal tactics if she comes upon any crew members. Then it becomes a Tear Jerker moment when Misaki promptly ignores his orders and kills Nyx.
  • Arrian, a Ferrous Corp android with illegal modifications that give him emotions, learns to care about human life enough to space himself and save the station.

    Season 3

Being Better Is So Much Harder

  • While this leans into Tear Jerker territory, Six's immediate concern when he and Two are in the pod is Five.
Six: She was counting on me.
    • And, later, they are both relieved when Android contacts them.
Two: Any word from the others?
    Six: Anything from Five?
Android: Yes, Five also managed to escape.
    • They exchange a knowing look when they learn that Truffault saved Five, and say they owe her one.
  • Six telling Five to sit at the table with them as she eats.

It Doesn't Have To Be Like This

  • Five's memory with her past surrogate father in the shop.
    • Him encouraging her to stay away from petty crime and go to a tech college, saying she has a "good head on [her] shoulders".
      • He even offers to help with the tuition. For a man who has no connections with her besides her boss of a couple weeks, that's mighty generous.
Baines: I never... never had kids of my own.
    • And, later, he commends her for her passion for technology.
Baines: Sooner or later, the system's gonna catch up with [your friends] and chew them up. But you... you've got something special. You've got a spark.. and I'd hate to see that go to waste.

All the Time in the World

  • Three's attempts to cheer Five up about Six's absence from the ship in successive iterations of the "Groundhog Day" Loop. First, he tells her that she can still see Six whenever she wants, which doesn't make her feel better. Then he tries some lines of forced positivity that sound like a self-help book, which doesn't work either. Finally, he's just honest and tells her that it makes him upset seeing her upset and he wishes he knew what to say, which actually makes her feel a bit better.
  • Solara defending Five from the hitman, although she comes a few seconds too late to prevent Five from blacking out.

Give It Up, Princess

  • Solara offering to help train Five now that Four is gone.

Isn't That a Paradox?

  • One of the first things Two does when the crew awakes is ask if Five is okay. She visibly relaxes when she hears Five's voice.
  • Two petting and cooing over a dog in the 21st century (actually Melissa O'Neil's dog in real life) and Three telling her that he's missed seeing her happy like this, and giving her a pep talk that she shouldn't take all the guilt for how trying to prevent the destruction of Eos-7 blew up in the crew's faces in the Season 2 finale onto her own shoulders because they all chose to be there too.
Three: We're the crew of the Raza. We carry each other.
  • Once they are safe and sound back in their time, Two and Five play a video game together Five was gifted from the 21st century. Cute, sisterly squabbling ensues.

Built, Not Born

  • Portia and Das in one of the Android's recovered memories bonding over working on her.
  • Ryo in another memory telling the Android that her awkwardness is what he likes about her.
  • Three apologizing to the Android for his past prejudicial comments about androids.

The Dwarf Star Conspiracy

  • The Android and Two hug.
Android: "You've been a very good friend to me, Two. For longer than either of us will ever know. Thank you. So much."
    Two: "Always."
    • In fact, this entire conversation is one long bit of "Awww", even the way the Android keeps saying "boobs" when it clearly embarrasses Two. After all, it's not at all to be taken for granted for an android to be able to ignore a direct order like "Stop saying that!", so for the Android to be openly annoying instead of just her usual Servile Snarker self is another way for her to assert her specialness and "humanity".
