At the end of the fight between 0010 plus and minus, 009 walks up to their burned bodies while talking about how they are brothers but could not come in contact with each other or else they would die. The next shot shows 002 through 008, all worn out from the battle and supporting each other by holding their hands and propping each other up with their arms.
The Robot Buddy 005, 006 and 007 become friends with in the episode "Mystical Island".
The Christmas Episode "Christmas Eve Mirage" involving 003. She's stuck with a needle that makes her enter a waking dream-state. So she starts seeing her long lost brother Jean Paul, who was an Ace Pilot. Eventually 009 gets worried and goes looking for her. He eventually does, and saves her from certain death... but not without the help of a strange old airplane. Which leads him right to her... makes you wonder, don't it?
004 is fighting a fully mechanic Evil Twin in the ruins of an old German castle. The robot knocks an owl nest near to their fighting place... and 004 shields the mother bird and its babies instead of attacking. Doubles as a Moment of Awesome because it totally messes with the robot's programming and lets 004 gain the upper hand in the fight.

004 promising that he won't abandon Venus, after the sisters willingly return to the Black Skull so Dr. Gilmore can be returned to the cyborgs. She just smiles. When Dr. Gilmore is released, he also apologizes to the sisters for not being able to help them, to which they respond that the cyborgs did everything they could for them. Considering how the sisters and their people had been pawns for stronger forces for their entire lives, the fact that the cyborgs really did want to save them and still were planning to try to help them meant so much to them!

Dr. Gilmore often refers to the nine cyborgs as his children and is strongly against bringing them back to fight against the alien invader, Zoa, not wishing to disturb their peaceful lives.
Joe and Francoise's moments together.
While awaiting the preparations to their alien friend Saba's spaceship, Joe tries to dissuade Francoise from coming along with them to fight Zoa, telling her that she's not suited for fighting, not wishing her to die in battle. Francoise, however, insist on coming so she can be with him and the two embrace.
When Princess Tamara asks Joe to stay with her on planet Fantarion and start a family, Joe turns her down due to loyalty to his team, as well as Francoise.
Upon finding Zoa's "planet" Kadets, the cyborgs prepare to enter to rescue 001, but only four could go. After 004 and 007 are selected, Francoise volunteers to go. Joe is clearly against it as the cyborgs need to adjust their heartbeats to the pulse of a neutron star to help them sneak in and Francoise is unable to do that. However, when 002 offers to let her borrow his heart regulator, Joe reluctantly allows her to come.
Joe is teleported back into the spaceship after entering the Vortex and his body is glowing white after absorbing some of its power. Francoise tries to rush towards him, despite Ivan warning her that touching Joe while he's in that state will kill her, and Jet has to restrain her. Once the Vortex's power wears off and Joe is laid down after collapsing, he and Francoise gaze at each other.
At the end, Francoise asks Joe why he didn't wish Princess Tamara back to life (like he did 004), but Joe merely answered he didn't know why. Francoise then asks what will he do from now and Joe says that he will go back to France with her. The two once again embrace each other and, with Joe's hand on Francoise's shoulder, watch the sunset.
They first discuss how they still resent being turned into cyborgs and have to keep on fighting battles and live with the memories of their tragic past.
Albert bids Jet goodbye before leaving with 009, 003, and 007 to rescue Ivan.
Also a Tear Jerker: After the cyborgs return from rescuing 001 and Dr. Cosmo, Jet quickly notices Albert didn't come back with them and asks for his whereabouts. When he is informed of Albert's death, Jet is distraught and breaks into tears, angrily asking why did his friend die before him. Later at Albert's funeral, Jet refuses Dr. Cosmo's suggestion to have a new cyborg created that resembled 004 and embraces Albert's wooden cross grave.
After receiving power from the Vortex, Joe used it to wish that everyone would return safely to Earth. He also wished for Zoa's destruction, and prayed for 004 to be brought back to life.
After being brought back to life, Heinrich discovers he's a normal human again, but asks Dr. Gilmore to turn him back into a cyborg so he can stay a part of the 00 cyborg team.

Doubles as a Tear Jerker: Joe asking Francoise her wish on what she wants to be, with her answering "your bride".
The bittersweet final sequence of the chapter "The Two Universes": In the year 201x, the Earth is shown at peace. Or rather, a perfect and peaceful copy of Earth, existing in the "universe of light". Jet, Albert, G-Junior, Chang, G.B., and Pyunma appear as normal human beings that are enjoying a day at the beach. They then reunite with Joe and Francoise, who have also been reborn into ordinary human lives. Although Ivan is absent in the manga version, the light novel states that he's there too. The 00 team have achieved their wish for peaceful existence through sacrifice.

Pretty much any moment between 003 and 009. Most notable are her offering to talk to him to help him deal with their kidnappings and saving him from 0010. Also, after 009 and 002 survive their fall back to Earth, 009 wakes up to find 003 sitting with him in the beach house the cyborgs are now hiding in.
When Joe gets a chance to confront Kai about ordering a hit on him, all he does is demand that Kai leave his sister to live her life however she wants and stop interfering.
