The story of his Jolteon's nickname, Voltaire. He met this kid when he was younger and they were both into Pokemon, and they played around together, but then for reasons unknown, the other kid's parents wouldn't let them be friends anymore. Chugga nicknamed his Jolteon in honor of that friend.
