- All For One cries Tears of Joy as Izuku's first heart surgery is a complete success.
- Even though Mitsuki is appalled by Hisashi's true nature and how he lied to Inko throughout their relationship, she won't abandon him or his child and vows to support them. Even as she chastises and pokes fun at him, Mitsuki's demeanor assures him that she won't be going anytime soon.
- In Chapter 47, the little boy makes his first noise which comes as a glorious surprise to his father who's been accustomed to hearing him through the medical equipment. The father expresses pride to his boy for saying his first official sounds.
- In Chapter 48, Izuku becomes healthy enough that All For One is allowed to genuinely hold him with his two hands. With the guidance of Nurse Reiki, the neo father can't help but marvel at how beautiful and special his child is.
- In Chapter 55, we actually hear Baby Izuku's thoughts as he reflects on how he misses his Mama's Heartbeat but soon finds comfort in the sound of "Big Voice" aka his dad.
