  • Bartleby giving Monica a camera as a gift to support her desire for photography.
  • When the Certification Board Director tells Bartleby he wanted to be a jazz musician when he was younger. "It's never too late, sir."
  • Uncle Ben starts as an angry alcoholic with his glory days behind him. As he realizes the students are actually listening to him and looking up to him, he starts becoming a genuine role-model. By the end, his angry rants have become full-scale lectures that seem to be the most popular course on campus.
  • The speech given by Bartleby at the accreditation hearing. He states how Harmon college is corrupt in forcing people to conform to their standards and humiliating anyone who doesn't. He says he knows they are different, but it is wrong to rob someone of their passions. This moves the school board to grant them a one-year probation to be a real college.
    • This also shows how far Bartleby has come. He originally created South Harmon just to get his parents off his back about college. Now he truly cares about the institution and the value of following one's own dreams, even if those dreams are different than the norm.
    • Bartleby didn't have a dream. His admission essay was "I don't have a clue". By the end, Bartleby has found his passion: he helps others achieve theirs.
  • When Schrader reveals that he's the one that applied S.H.I.T. for accreditation, Bartleby is naturaly confused, given how much Schrader wanted nothing to do with the whole scheme. Schrader's response?
That's right. I didn't want to have anything to do with it. I wanted to be the fourth generation of Schrader to go to Harmon. But then I realized, I would much rather be the first generation of Schrader to go to the South Harmon Institute of Technology.
