• In HISTORY OF RANCH: RADITZ/R&R RETCON, Launch dies in front of Raditz. Wouldn't this trigger a Super Saiyan 2 transformation for him, especially after he's had more time with the form in the time since first unlocking it and now, on top of all the people he failed to save in the past adding to his trauma?
  • Possibly, possibly not. If anger was the only thing involved, then Vegeta should have gone SSJ 2 when Future Trunks was killed by Cell.
• So... how exactly would Ranch's name work in Japanese? The English word "ranch" is romanized in Japanese as 「ランチ」 (ranchi)... which is the exact same way Launch's name is spelled in Japanese, her being a pun on the English word "lunch". Kind of awkward for both mother and daughter to share identical names.
  • You can just alter the spelling a bit, like instead of ランチ (Ranchi) like Launch's name is spelt you spell it as ランチュ (Ranchu); the franchise has done that thing with Vegeta and...Vegeta (the bear soldier from Dragon Ball being ベジタ, while the Prince of All Saiyans is ベジータ).
