• Why does Sybil Wicked have a machine that removes bones? All she wants is to steal faces, not bones, yet this machine is just there. She does have a machine to remove faces, too, but there's absolutely no reason for the Deboner except as a plot device.
  • It's possible one of her experiments in finding a new face involved removing the bones of someone before taking their face, since she already had facial bones to put the skin and features over.
