Headscratchers / Venom (Donny Cates)

• The existence of Knull and the reveal that Klyntar is nothing more than a big ball of symbiotes raises a number of plot-holes and questions pertaining to the Poison War trilogy:
  • Why was anything left of it when the Poisons raided it in Poison X?
    • In the tie-in to Absolute Carnage we see Sleeper visiting Klyntar, and the art making it very clear that there is ground there - or at least the appearance of it. The implications seem to be that the surface of the planet is legitimately solid, but everything underneath the initial rock and ground layer is just billions upon billions of symbiotes holding it up: a fake planet. As for the Poisons, they might have only taken the symbiotes who were on the surface of the planet, and not bothered to look beneath the surface.
  • What would the Poisons have done had they found Knull?
  • Could Knull take control of the "bound" Poisons using their symbiote biomass?
• How does the Maker know about Flash Thompson's trip to Klyntar and what happened there, let alone about Knull?
  • It was seen at one point that the Maker has Ominous Multiple Screens to follow all weird things going on elsewhere. Sometimes he may get involved in it, sometimes he may dismiss it, but if X-Man takes the X-Men to an alternate reality, a weird alien opens black holes around the world or the infinity gems become sentient, he knows about it.
