So Luc Deveraux could be cured of being a UniSol… so just why couldn’t Maggie be cured!?
This films UniSol's are based on nanotech, while we don't get details on Luc's generation, they seemed to be wholly biological, using super-drugs to bring the soldiers back, it's possible the nanotech is too heavily integrated to be reversed.
Okay, but then why not find a scientist that can reprogram the nanites so that Maggie can at least think for herself again? Sure, she'll still be a nanite-based Unisol, but at least she'd have free will again if the nanites can be altered enough so she'll at least psychologically be herself again.
Just why is Romeo so damn rapey (I'm asking this because his rapey habits seem to be in the movie just for shock value)? And why would Seth trust a rapey bastard such as Romeo to help with his (Seth's) plans?
