• In Season One, Kate tries to formally complain about her boss sexually harassing her. While they do have a consensual relationship at the start, it gets weird really quickly. This is why the complaint is dropped. In Kansas, where the age of consent is 16, Kate is said to be 15, at least twice after she files her complaint. Why isn't this ever brought up in the show? Especially since her boss is at least in his early twenties, and played by an actor who is 32.
