What's up with Erika?
- Personality traits aside, I've always found it strange that out of all the Society members, with possibly the exclusion of certain D-class personnel and even this could be explained- Erika's skillset is awfully similar to Chijinda's psychic powers, namely if you look at Erika's Hellfire and Cocytus skills, it's hard to tell if that's the result of some advance technology or if Erika might be a foil to Chijinda You. Every other members skillset is mostly determined by the equipment they are wielding whereas when Erika is fighting outside her battle mech, hers is the only one that uses sprites with what looks to be some sort of magic casting circles. Even the enemy skill esp-canceller can be somewhat justified as one of the Society's mind-altering technology (it's mentioned in one of the Vice Director's diaries...can't remember which one). So is Erika using some sort of nano-technology or does she also have psychic powers similar to Chijinda? Potentially taking credence away from Erika being possibly the only Advance Sciences Society member with somewhat supernatural powers of her own, Tetsuko is shone to be able to teleport in the English version of the first game though I'm not sure if that's an actual ability of hers or if it's some more futuristic technology she's using.
