• Why would Sandy leave her rocket unprotected?
  • Perhaps she didn't have the resources to protect it? After all, creating a rocket is bound to take a lot of time and money. Maybe she didn't have enough left afterwards to better secure it. Not to mention that she was planning on going to space the day afterwards, so maybe she felt that protecting it would be more trouble than it was worth.
