  • Why do engines bleed blood while the other humans like Doctor Wilhelm and Kieth have sawdust?
    • This might be because they’re meant to be wooden figures, not actual organic beings.
    • But the engines were humans before they were biofused so they must have had blood and organs then.

  • Why is Thomas just a skeleton? Douglas shows that biofused engines are still flesh underneath. Logically without muscles or even vocal cords Thomas shouldn't be able to move and scream.

  • Where are Duck and Oliver’s innards?

  • How would the engines maintain and function themselves without crews and importing goods? Without coal and workmen to fix them up, those engines probably arent going very far.

  • It’s shown that the events of some Thomas stories had happened with the flashbacks of both Thomas and Gordon. Yet Gordon’s death looks and sounds like it happened when he was being fired up for the first time, meaning he couldn’t have been alive to even form such memories. Percy is also shown to be alive in some footage despite the fact he didn't even survive his Biofusion.

  • Diesel's existence contradicts the concept of diesel engines burning up biofused material when powered on. Was Mavis's configuration just poorly optimized for Biofusion or what?

  • How can Keith Hartley breathe?

  • Why can biofusion only be used to put humans into vehicles? Why not use it to make, say, robocops? Or a generally human-sized shell, like, say, a motorized wheelchair?
